At YRHP INDIA, we are confident in GoAccount's ability to help your business. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for GoAccount subscriptions.
This policy applies to all paid subscription plans — Starter, Business, and Enterprise — purchased directly from GoAccount. Refunds for purchases made through third-party resellers are subject to the reseller's own refund policy.
By purchasing a GoAccount subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Service.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new GoAccount paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The 7-day period starts from the date of your first successful payment.
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only — not to renewals.
- No reason is required. If you are not happy, we will refund you.

We encourage you to use the free 7-day trial before subscribing so you can fully evaluate GoAccount before committing.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Beyond the 7-day money-back guarantee, refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Service Unavailability: If GoAccount experiences prolonged downtime (more than 72 continuous hours) due to issues on our end, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Billing Error: If you were charged an incorrect amount or for a plan you did not select, we will correct the charge and refund the difference.
- Account Terminated by Us Without Cause: If we terminate your account for reasons not related to a breach of our Terms of Service, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused subscription period.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
- Subscription renewal payments — we send a renewal reminder 30 days in advance.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial use of a subscription period — if you use the software for part of a month or year and then cancel, the remaining period is not refunded (except under the 7-day guarantee).
- Dissatisfaction due to a feature not being available, if that feature was not listed in your plan at the time of purchase.
- Changes in GST rates, government regulations, or tax portal changes beyond our control.
- Data loss caused by you (accidental deletion, incorrect entries).
- Free trial accounts — no payment is taken during a free trial, so no refund applies.

5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your GoAccount subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your account remains active until the end of your current paid subscription period.
- You will not be billed again after cancellation (subscriptions do not auto-renew).
- After expiry, your account switches to read-only mode for 60 days — you can view and export your data but not create new records.
- After 60 days in read-only mode, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
- We recommend exporting all your data (invoices, reports, ledgers) before your account expires.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please include the following in your refund request:
- Your registered email address on GoAccount.
- Date of payment and transaction/order ID (from your payment confirmation email).
- Reason for the refund request (optional for the 7-day guarantee).
7. Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, here is the expected timeline:
- Approval notification: Within 2 business days of your request.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days from approval for us to initiate the transfer.
- Bank/card credit: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Total expected time: Most refunds are completed within 7–14 business days from the date of the approved request.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or to a different payment method.
8. Partial Refunds & Credits
In certain situations where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer:
- Account Credits: Credit applied to your GoAccount account for use toward a future subscription renewal.
- Pro-rated Refunds: In cases of extended service unavailability, a refund proportional to the downtime period may be issued.
- Plan Downgrade Credit: If you downgrade your plan mid-subscription, the difference in price may be credited toward your next renewal rather than refunded.
All decisions regarding partial refunds and credits are made at the discretion of YRHP INDIA and communicated clearly to the customer.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support team.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
For any unresolved disputes, the matter shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India, as per our Terms of Service.
