Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using GoAccount in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using GoAccount on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the terms "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using GoAccount and close your account.

2. Our Services

GoAccount is a cloud-based accounting and business management software platform operated by YRHP INDIA. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• GST-compliant invoice creation and management
• Financial reporting — P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow
• Inventory and stock management
• GST return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Multi-user access with role-based permissions
• Income and expense tracking
• Bank reconciliation
• Customer and vendor management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To use GoAccount, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information including your name, valid email address, phone number, and business GSTIN (where applicable). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Immediately notify us at yrhpsoftware@gmail.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.

YRHP INDIA will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Business

Each GoAccount subscription is intended for use by one registered business entity. You may not use a single account to manage unrelated businesses unless you are a CA or accounting firm using GoAccount's multi-client features under an appropriate plan.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GoAccount only for lawful business purposes. You must NOT:

• Use GoAccount to create false, fraudulent, or misleading invoices or financial records.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute GoAccount to third parties without written permission from YRHP INDIA.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from GoAccount.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Use GoAccount to engage in activities that violate Indian law including the Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, or Information Technology Act 2000.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our support staff or other users.

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Plans

GoAccount is offered under several paid subscription plans. Details of current plans, pricing, and included features are listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Payment

Subscription fees are payable in advance for the selected plan period (annual or multi-year). Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

5.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at the applicable rate will be added to your invoice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. We will notify you 30 days before your subscription expires with a renewal invoice. If you do not renew, your account will be downgraded to read-only access for 60 days, after which data may be deleted.

5.5 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on select plans. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or let the account expire. Trial accounts that are not converted may be deleted after 30 days.

6. Your Data & Content

All business data you enter into GoAccount — invoices, customer records, products, transactions, reports — remains your sole property. YRHP INDIA does not claim ownership over your business data.

By using GoAccount, you grant YRHP INDIA a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the GoAccount service to you.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of all data you enter into GoAccount.
• Ensuring your use of GoAccount complies with all applicable tax and financial regulations.
• Maintaining your own backups of critical data where required for legal or audit purposes.

GoAccount is a tool to help you manage your accounts — it does not constitute professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. For compliance with GST, Income Tax, or other regulations, consult a qualified Chartered Accountant.

7. Intellectual Property

GoAccount, its logo, design, interface, features, source code, algorithms, and all related content are the exclusive intellectual property of YRHP INDIA and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the GoAccount software for your business purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute GoAccount software or content.
• Create derivative works based on GoAccount.
• Use GoAccount's brand name, logo, or trademarks without written permission.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

8. Disclaimers

GoAccount is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YRHP INDIA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reports generated.

GoAccount is a software tool and does not constitute professional accounting, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should always verify critical financial data with a qualified professional before making business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, YRHP INDIA and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Any damages resulting from GST penalties, tax notices, or audit findings arising from data entered by you.
• Any loss caused by third-party service failures (payment gateways, hosting providers, GST portal downtime).
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to YRHP INDIA in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your GoAccount subscription at any time by contacting us at yrhpsoftware@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds upon cancellation.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of notice.
• You engage in abusive behaviour toward our team or other users.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access GoAccount ceases immediately. Your data will be retained in read-only form for 60 days, during which you may export it. After 60 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GoAccount shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
