Multi-User Access

How many users can I add to my GoAccount?
The Starter Plan supports up to 2 users. The Business Plan supports up to 5 users. For unlimited users, choose the Enterprise Plan.
Can I restrict which reports a user can see?
Yes. Role-based permissions let you control module-level access. A Sales user can create invoices but cannot view Profit & Loss reports, for example.
Is there an audit trail for user actions?
Yes. GoAccount maintains a complete activity log showing every action taken by every user — including what was changed, when, and by whom.
